I went in for an oil change, however I was informed that my HR-V was out of alignment and a couple of other things. Ryan was very clear in his explanation of what was going on my car.

I would give 5 stars, but when I show up and you don't have the correct price for my oil change...it doesn't make me happy. Then at the end, the price for my brake flush was also not correct. If I call the main service number, the person quoting me a price better make sure that's the price the service team has in their system. Also, my air filter is brand new, yet you send me a picture of a dirty filter saying it's time to replace. If you REALLY did a inspection of my car, you would have seen it was a new filter. Also, my engine compartment is pretty clean...why suggest a steam clean? No one likes the upselling unless it truly is a service that is needed.
