Service was great

Dropped off at 10:45 and picked up around 5:30. When checking in I told them I would need it by 2:30 to get grandson from school. I did not get it back to 5:30. But it worked out since my husband made it back from Dr. Appt in time.

the service team was easy to work with, great job, only issue was a little gas smell in the car after they finished. maybe somewhat excepted when you get a new fuel pump.

Waited a little longer than usual. It was a recall repair, which got pushed back for regular service work.

Spencer and Angelica were very professional and added a personal touch.The fee for the maintenance service was quite expensive and unfortunately they weren’t able to wash my vehicle due to the weather being very cold, 26 degrees however Angelica told me that I could bring my SUV back anytime and they would wash it for free.

Roger explained the what service I needed today and then gave me suggestions about what I would need later on. After I told him we were going to Norway to visit family we came up a plan to address the maintenence on our car w/o the pressure that we have had from other dealers in the past to get it all done at once. Thank you Roger for a positive experience!
