Brought my car in for an 11:00 appointment and was told that it may take up to 2+ hours but was still pleasantly surprised that it was finishes in about 1.5 hours.

Love love love the staff at Larry Miller...got a free mini detail and had to add an oil change to my appointment because I had forgotten....they added it and I had everything done in about an hour and 15 minutes thank you so much!!

I made my first appointment through the Honda link app. I did not receive a confirmation email or text like it said it would. I called to confirm the appointment and was told they couldn’t do the recall work at the 2:00 Thursday time I had scheduled. The appointment was moved to Saturday no reason was given the person I spoke with did not know why it couldn’t be done Thursday. I called back later and was able to get an appointment for Friday at 7:30 a.m.There seems to be an issue with the app and online appointment making. This is the second time I did not get a confirmation email or text of my appointment
