Quick service and quick and thorough response to my questions

Chalissa and Frank are the dynamic duo. My experience with my vehicle repair was 15/10. I tell everyone I know to go to Larry Miller Honda (or Subaru) for Service because I always receive excellent service. This particular service experience was complex and could have been a nightmare, but Chalissa and Frank really exceeded expectations. Excellent customer service!

I explained the issue my Pilot was having the best I could and he said, “do you mind if we go for a test drive.” I thought that was Great because he was able to better understand what I was trying to explain. The man who helped me was amazing. He kept in great communication with me. Service was spot on! Do wish you'd had more snacks out because I was there a loooooong time.

as always I love the efficiency and detailed information that Honda gives. My only complaint about my experience is having to sit and watch FOX news ..which isn't really news but entertainment. They are not factual. Please put on something that actually reports the news without opinions. I had to change seats so as not to listen to them.Thanks
