We came to buy a used car Honda CRV we liked online. We were shown the Honda then a Kia Sportage that looked good and was said to be the better deal for the money, well maintained and a reliable vehicle. We chose the Kia. Found out we were charged $1,100 over the price advertised online but you guys corrected it and refunded the $1,100. The refund was appreciated, but we didn’t understand why’d you over charge to begin with. The we paid about $4k for the extended high mileage coverage. We were told we got the best package but nothing given in writing. It was on a thumb drive. I reviewed thumb drive data the next day and reached out with some questions via email. Never heard back until after a second email I sent over a week later and reaching out online. In the end, Ryan was going to send a corrected copy of the coverage we had as the “high tech” coverage wasn’t checked on our copy but he said we had it. As I’m typing this, he emailed a reply and advised he forgot and would get it to me tomorrow (11/4). I too have forgot things, so that’s not tragic, but now I just have a bad feeling about the whole thing. We are just going to cancel the extended coverage.
