Pretty frustrating this time. We were given a time estimate of about 4 hours and it was 5 hours. Not sure how that happened.

Roger was wonderful in explaining what needed to be done, upfront and helpful about pricing, and showed me how to work some things in my car that no one has shown me in the 6 years I’ve had it.
