It did not start out excellent in anyway. The girl who helped me evidently was new. I had made an appointment to have a tire replaced that got a nail in it. The tire was ordered on Friday the 19th and was due in the 26th the girl that helped me said that I had no appointment and no tire had been ordered, but she could offer me something different. It wouldn’t be the same, but at least it would work. And I told her that does not work for me. I told her I’d received a phone call that morning telling me that the tire was there and then they would see me when I got there at this point I was totally irritated then I called back the number that was on my phone and Angelica answered. So the new person walked over to her desk to have a conversation with her. Which I guess she did not like what she was hearing or being told. At that point, Angelica called me over to her desk,. She turned the entire situation around. She was able to find the appointment and to call back to the department that would be installing the tire that it WAS there, and she had confirmation of it being there. The other girl that started the process, Angelica tried to show her how to look it up the correct way so that this wouldn’t happen going forward, and the girl was not very nice and somewhat flippant with her. I even commented to Angelica that that was not very good customer service, especially in front of the customer the way that that girl acted and responded to Angelica. Angelica stayed very professional, kept her composure and moved on to help me. She turned a really bad situation into a 10+ situation. She stayed even after they closed to finish with me as they had to do something extra on my car that had them stay open past their time. She is the reason that I will come back because I was so irritated with the first one I decided to never come back again for any type of service. Because of Angelica, I will come back. whatever you do to recognize your employees, She deserves triple that!!!! she’s absolutely amazing and because of my inconvenience, she got permission to take a portion off of my bill, which was even nicer.

Honda has been sold to a man from Brooklyn, N. Y We are trying to get the 2007 Honda accord into best shape. Glove box lock alone could not be replaced. Service Mgr. Clayton was excellent.
