Good experience with Katie. I did not know it was recommended to leave my vehicle for service. Katie ordered me an Uber, and I was back home in less than 30 minutes from dropping my vehicle off.

I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner. She got the necessary information and kept me informed after the inspection and asked if I wanted to do the extra things then or at another time. She got my paperwork ready and was very pleasant to work with.
