Because of call outs the time it took was long. But, they were able to add an oil change that i was gonna be due for in a couple of weeks. I was offered and took up on an Uber home and back. I understand how the department has no control over call-in.

I brought my vehicle in for a 'recall' visit to replace a fuel pump. I was greeted by a service writer who organized the repair process. He arranged for transportation and called when the service was completed. All went well.
