When we first arrived no one was available and after a couple minutes Raven came inside and came right down to help me. He was great.

Raven gave five star service and all the management Clint and Jason were a joy to deal with and the finance manager did a great job as well. Very professional. I was in and out in two hours less than two hours for the whole deal.

Honestly was super excited about what the experience would be after my first experience of meeting our salesperson and then quickly finding out that the rest of the experience would not follow as such. Sadly, I definitely won't be coming back to this dealership to purchase in the future and would not recommend anyone else to either. Which is really a bummer for, because it's a future loss of business. As anyone in customer service knows good word-of-mouth means a lot and is the future continuation and prospects of the business. So I really hope that the money that was made off of this sale was worth not having a continued customer(s) in the future.
