I was shopping at a car lot for the first time in my life. I had done some research to determine what I wanted to look at. Chuck Crouch was a very polite gentleman. He showed us just what we wanted to see. Encouraged us to take a test drive and never pressured us.

I had three wonderful gentlemen that helped me at Larry Miller, First Chuck brought me every car I wanted to see. Then hooked up with Dick who explained everything very very thoroughly about my car choices and then Craig helped me with my financing.
