High pressure tactics like taking your keys away upon arrival, put a deposit down so they show you nothing else, remove your plates from your car before you have signed anything. It’s been 72 hours and my salesman can’t be bothered to confirm my service warranty plan is uploaded to the Draper, UT office prior to my arrival at a Toyota dealership for service on their used vehicle. Salesman reiterated many times how large they are and how they “stand behind their work.” My service is 1 week away and Chuck can’t be bothered with me.
