Drivers window glass came undone and jammed. I went to the dealership and asked for corrective service. Mike Munoz. Indicated that with no appointment he would have to work me and it would take some time. I agree to wait as my vehicle is parked outside and needed the window glass fixed because of weather. In a bit over 2 hours I was on my home with an operable drivers window. Very happy with the the service given As I had no appointment. Mike’s is commended for taking interest with his approach to my problem and his crowed service schedule! Chuck King
