My appt was for 1:00pm. After standing in the registration area for about 5 minutes, I had to ask if someone could help me. There were several people at stations, but not one acknowledged me. When I asked, I was promptly helped. Katie helped after she was back from lunch (emailed me immediately). She was professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Katie.
