I initially scheduled my appointment online. Then called to make sure the parts were in for the recall. They told me what was needed over the phone so I schedule it for another Saturday, which is when I brought it in. It took care of me perfectly. They even got the recall completed an hour and a half ahead of time as I was expecting 3 to 5 hours. It only took an hour and a half.
