Fast, good service

I love the service and people in this office. I've always been treated with curtious service, and today was easy, quick, and with good humor for having to be at work on Christmas eve. So far I've loved my stress free visits

Service was wonderful from beginning to end. The receptionist on the phone, I think Jessica was her name, was friendly, helpful, and straight to the point. She got me what I needed when I needed it. Carter worked on my vehicle and he was absolutely professional and very helpful. He was explained everything in a detailed and friendly manner, helping me to understand the urgency of the services and which services my car needed. He communicated in an effective and timely manner. Finally, the gal who walked me to my car at the end displayed excellent customer service, being kind to me, walking me to my vehicle, and wishing me a Merry Christmas.
