I had an appointment at 9:45. I was surprised that at 9:45 there were approximately twelve other cars waiting to be checked in. I can't imagine that they would have all had the same time as an appointment. Still, my overall service was good; check-in just a bit slow.

Informed me that it would be a 3-4 hour recall procedure. The staff was concerned and offered to take me to the mall or even home. I declined but appreciated their thoughtfulness.
