Waiting room is great. I thought Katie who checked me in was great too. It took 1 1/2 hr for oil change. I know they were really busy. I didn't get my car wash and it was 48 degrees out so weather shouldn't have been a problem. I didn't realize this till I got home. I didn't receive check list of what was going on with car. Ex. Tire tread.
