We had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We never felt pressured. Bradley took us on test drives and explained everything. He was very thorough. Client was our sales manager and he stayed in touch with us even though we hadn’t made a decision. They wanted to know what it would take to make us happy. We told them and they made it happen. Ryan tied everything up for us in the finance office and was great. We even got a rebate for the unused portion of our protection plan. We couldn’t be happier. This is our second Honda lease and we will be back for the next one. No bed to look at other dealers. I would highly recommend.

The person who helped me during my visit, James was incredibly helpful and kind! He took the time to explain to me the reason behind all of the recommended maintenance and answered all of my questions. Of which I had quite a few, I honestly believe that he is the reason my visit was as pleasant as it was.He is seriously good people and if/when I come back in for any further maintenance or repairs I would like to work with him again.

I arrived at the appointed time. Did not need to wait long to be helped. I appreciated the phone call telling me of the progress of the work being done. I also received a phone call when the work was completed. It was even a half hour sooner than had been anticipated. The service associate was very professional, informative, and friendly.

Quick service. Food in vending machine is pricey.

As always taken good care of, questions answered and things that needed to be taken care of explained.

When I got there, I was standing there about 2min, then Zackary came and helped me with everything, showed me where my car was and was very polite.
