Ryan and Carter are amazing!

Carter did a great job keeping me informed on the necessary work, cost, and timing. He has a great personality and sense of humor.

Some mix-up on my appointment but they still took my truck in for service.

I brought my sister in to see what used cars were available on 11/22/24. We were greeted by Frank Paxton, and immediately felt he would do his best to help us. I generally hate looking for cars, but this is the first time that I did not feel the same way as in the past. The sales people at LM Honda in Boise are fantastic, they seem to have a genuine concern for the customer. Frank, Eric, were great! I ended up buying a used vehicle, and on Black Friday, we went back, and my sister ended up finding the vehicle she wanted as well.

Thanks

Ryan and the GM were awesome

Very friendly and punctual. I was waiting there for my vehicle to be finished and he told me between an hour and an hour and 15 minutes and it was almost done right in the money

Once I scheduled on line the day before, I arrived 5 minutes early and I was able to check in swiftly and the process was seamless and I was back out on the road swiftly.

Very efficient and very satisfied

Very good service.
