Excellent service, friendly courteous staff, prompt, and they provided a ride when mine was late!

An appointment for a nonscheduled problem was set for 7: am. After arriving and getting checked in, I was told the technician that was scheduled to work on my vehicle would not arrive until 8:30 AM. Why was I scheduled for 7 AM arrival when no one was going to check my car for one and a half hours. I could have received a phone call, text or email advising me to come in at eight instead of seven.The gentleman who checked me in at 7 AM was so kind and courteous. He kept me up-to-date on what was happening. He followed up with me and the technician so that I did not wait any longer than I had to after they started work on the car, they did one of the Recalls that I need to have done he checked in with me while I waited. I cannot say enough kind things about this man and I will come back to Honda again for service.
