Very polite and thorough with inspection

No wait when I arrived at the service center, the attendant took all the information regarding my visit, gave me direction regarding what would happen next and who would contact me. I was emailed and called in the early afternoon and told my vehicle was ready to go. Zackary gave me all the details of the services performed, and answered the couple of questions I had.
