Pros: Everything I had scheduled, +3 additional services that were recommended after check-in, were all done in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, polite, etc..Cons: I was told when you bring your car in to have work done at Honda they will always run it through the “courtesy car wash.“ That did not happen last time I brought my vehicle in, nor did it happen this time. Perhaps I was misinformed? The bigger issue, when I left the Honda dealership I immediately noticed that my heater is now making a very loud vibration sound that it NEVER made before. Now I am having to bring my car back in tomorrow to hopefully have it returned to its original condition. Incredibly inconvenient.

They treated me very well. To make sure that my payment was pretty close to what I wanted. They even went as far as paying my first payment. I've never had any better treatment than all the times that we have leased vehicles there this is the 5th one in 11 years and will keep doing business there

Having a 7:15 appointment and having to wait til 10:00 for anyone to go near my car was a concern. I would have SO liked to not have to get up at 0600! Anyway, I was grateful to get my car fixed in such short notice. Thank you!!
