Fast and easy

arrived to pre-set appointment time for an oil change, checked in and given a reasonable Eta, an hour later my car had not been even started, talked to the service manager who told me they had no excuses and promptly put a couple guys on it and comped the service. Things happen I get it, and the service manager handled it very professionally and got me taken care of, great job!
