Customer service is always outstanding at Larry H Miller. My Service Advisor, Sandy Ireland, is truly one of the best in the Valley. Personable, reliable, and extremely efficient. Definitely an asset to the service team.

Only complaint. They want to tack on all kinds of extra services and I just had almost $2000 worth done this summer. Men friends say I’m being ripped off. I don’t know.

Timely and lady that helped me was nice

The service was excellent however I believe that your policy of considering any rating other than excellent to be reprehensible. The service person who is the customer contact has no control over the entire experience and it is disingenuous to expect every encounter to be excellent. So the survey is meaningless and a waste of my time

Katie was kind & approachable. I didn’t feel like a bother to her. She answered my questions and let me know how long to expect the work to take. When I changed my mind about adding the break flush at the end, she made the necessary calls and seemed happy to help make that happen so I could get the work done while I was already there.
