First time. Just moved to Boise. Always have had my car serviced at the Honda dealers. Told the greeting guy that. They said they'd look up my service record. But after the diagnostic i receive text and email about 5 immediate concerns 3 of which had been serviced in the past 15 months.Didn't instill confidence.

Never had a better or easier experience purchasing a car. Cooper was the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, hard working and never made me feel pressured.

Outstanding just wish you had the shuttle service. And hope you get the text to keep me informed on my car working next time.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location and I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Antonio was very nice and answered every single question I had without making me feel dumb for asking. Service team also got my car in and out in 40 minutes so overall an amazing appointment and I will be returning very soon.

It was ok. The wait was longer than I expected for an oil change.
