Fast. Efficient. Coop was great

I brought my 2002 Civic Si in for an oil change. Chalissa checked me in and they started on my car. She contacted me and told me my brakes needed work (this I knew), so I let her know to go ahead and do those while I was there. It all took a couple or so hours, but she kept in contact through the whole process.She (and everybody else) was very courteous. I'll definitely be returning to have the rest of the work that I need done!

A rattle developed in the left side of the dash. Turned out to be a loose piece of trim. They were able to get the new piece of trim in and repaired by the next day.

The wrong key was ordered which is very disappointing. My service agent did a good job compensating for that mistake and I very much appreciated him.

Cooper was an excellent sales man. I never felt pressured and he listened to what I wanted and actually helped me find the car I really wanted!

I am always greeted by a friendly person and they always get me in for an oil change, even without an appointment sometimes.

Very informative, recommended a brake flush and personally checked on me in the waiting area to update on the progress of the maintenance.

Zachary was pleasant and so is the lobby.
