Charissa was very helpful

I had an emergency service request at 4:30pm on a Friday when all the lights on the dash went off at the same time. Mike Munoz was prompt in answering the service line and helping me identify a plan of action. He offered to immediately take a look and provide the service codes but was transparent about the actual service taking longer and likely the next day. Mike also helped with talking to the extended warranty company and took care of that with very little hassle to me. He provided a clear timeline regarding the service and also communicated some good practices to ensure these problems don’t arise in the future. He was always available over phone and would communicate with me at least once a day regarding updates to the car and checked in on me and the car one day after I got the car back.

Overall very pleasant and they took care of the problem.

The service was intense but quit frankly I do the car has been wrecked despite the clean report, it has rotation noises like it has been in an accident.

I came in just to look at cars. Arthur showed me some. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to make an informed choice and take the time I needed.

Sandy Ireland always does a great job of explaining and letting me know exactly what the recommendations are. She is quick to answer questions and find answers.
