Everything was done as I requested. Zack, the person who checked my car in and out, was extremely helpful. When I texted him to have someone look at possible damage from a rock strike on my way to the appointment, he texted me back that no damage (thankfully) could be found. Before I left, Zack explained to me in detail about the new system for determining when a car was due for an oil change. I was very pleased with my experience at Honda this appointment.
