It looked like all the staff in the service lobby were busy, and I had to wait a long time to find someone to hand over my vehicle to. Finally, I approached a staff member and asked if they could help me find someone to receive my car. I was there for a recall service, and unfortunately, the hospitality was below average.

Everyone was so nice. I saw the vehicle online and it was brand new to the lot. Feels like they moved mountains to get it ready so I could be the first to see it.
