Service was quick; oil change and coolant flush. Everything was explained in the text video. Was great to see the progress of my car and I could see it was almost done.Did not get greeted upon arrival. Stepped out of the car and a guy was on the computer on my same side as the garage and did not acknowledge me. There was 1 guy checking people in and eventually he said “I’ll be with you in a moment.”

Brought my CRV hybrid in for her first visit which was an oil change. It was very busy. Took us 20 minutes just to leave car. Did appreciate that an Uber was made available to get us to mall & back.
