Came in when things were slammed, Reps did well to work through everyone waiting.Scheduling tool online didn't appear to be correct. Looked on a Thursday afternoon, still had appointments available every 15 minutes for remainder of the day and every 15 minute slot was still open Friday and Saturday. Seemed odd that service was that wide open, then come to find 8 people checking in the same time as I did Saturday made the pre-scheduling part irrelevant.
