I’ve only had positive experiences at this Honda service center! Not only have they been friendly and communicative from start to finish and given honest and fair information about my service needs; they have consistently finished work efficiently and sooner than I expected. Plus they readily agreed to help meticulously fix the buttons on my key and installed my new wipers for free. They have great refreshments while you wait and a lactation space which was greatly appreciated. Will be back!

The online appointment system didn’t work well & there was still a two hour wait. Roger was helpful & I had requested Bryce to do my service, but with the online appointment system, it didn’t work.

Friendly reception and departure. Little lengthy for an oil change. It would also be nice if Honda service was connected nationally. I had a service issue with injectors while traveling in another state. A Honda dealership corrected the problem. Today it was recommended the injectors should be cleaned. If the system was interconnected they would have known they were just replaced
