Overall, it was a good experience getting my vehicle serviced. The staff was kind, attentive, and talked me through the service and things to consider for the future. My only issue is that it took over 2 hours to get my oil changed which was definitely longer than anticipated or than I've waited in the past.

Chalissa Barney was my service representative and did a very fine job. She was personable, explained the service for this appointment and was competent in her responsibilities. She kept me informed of the progress of the service. Thank you.
