Carter is great. He knows how to bring humor to a tough situation. He is accommodating and works hard to make things right. I hope the mechanics are as good as he is with service recovery when it comes to making sure my car doesn’t have anymore oil leaks though! Overall I’m very happy with the way things were handled.

It was a good visit to get what I needed done, but I didn’t think I needed to wait two hours just for an oil change and a tire rotation.
