The one reason I keep coming back is Roger in service. The last couple of times I have gone to LHM Honda, I’ve received recommendations that aren’t necessary given how new my car is. I like that Roger recognized this and deferred these recommendations without me having to say anything. I recognized it right away when I received notice of the recommendations so him deferring the recommendations went a long way with me. It built trust—Ultimately, I trust that I won’t be getting unnecessary repairs because I have Roger looking out for me. Now LHM Honda is the only place I trust. I won’t get my car serviced anywhere else. Thanks Roger!!

Took a little longer then I expected. But it was worth the wait to get everything done that I wanted. I was well taken care of with a loner.
