Smooth and stress free

Sean was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing us. He was not pushy at all. We had visited other dealerships and they were overly pushy and combative when we asked simple questions and seemed more interested in pushing whatever car they could on us. I felt Larry H Miller was there to make my experience a great one.

Lost my key fob and I am from out of town. My husband called and talked to Kadin and she helped get our car towed to your dealership and a new fob. Got there and had the BEST service from Frank and Chalissa! What could have been a very frustrating day became yet again another day of excellent service by Honda representatives. I love our local team in Walla Walla but you guys are fantastic too and we are so so so appreciative of your team getting me back on the road to head back home!
