Everyone was very kinda and helpful. I went in for an oil change and they got me right in and taken care of. It didn’t take them long at all and my car came out clean and ready to go.

Frank and the folks at Larry Miller were fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, and willing to take the time to help us through a stressful time they took what could have been a really difficult moment and made it easy.

There were wait times because there appeared to be a lack of service people.

My only complaint is when you pull into the service garage, Noone is there to meet you

I wish the checkin process was much simpler and not so chaotic but besides that, great friendly and amazing service, I truly only trust Honda service techs and service representatives to work on my car, Frank and Carter are a great asset to Larry Miller Honda Boise Idaho, I’ve been coming here to this location for over 10 years!!
