I made the appt. online. When I arrived they were very busy but I was greeted promptly by Katie. Katie explained the process and set me up with a ride home. I was contacted later by Katie where she carefully and thoroughly explained the maintenance services that needed to be done on my car. My car was ready quickly. I picked it up with no oroblems.
