My low tire pressure light came on. Came in to have tires checked. I did not have an appointment but did not want to drive around if tires were not safe. They got my car right in. I bought my tires from Honda in May. I got a flat tire in August that Honda patched. I was told the patch failed. Katherine said she would have them check the warranty. My tire was replaced under warranty. I wish they would have checked in the first place because I have been in before about my tire pressure light coming on and was told there was no issue. Katherine understood my concerns about the tire and not felling it was safe to drive on. Thanks to her for checking my warranty.
