Service department was excellent! Five Stars! Friendly and quick! My car looks and feels great!But… i also came in for what I thought was a scheduled appointment to also look at some new Pilots. Was ghosted by sales (where did Bradley go?). I walked around main lobby twice, and car lot, and was greeted by no one. Made me feel kind of left out.

I brought my 2019 Honda CRV in for an oil change. I was concerned about the technicians taking extra care with the care because it had had recent body work done at the front of the car (bumper and fender) which required painting. Carter was most helpful in taking precautions and assuring me that they would be careful and especially not get water on the car, as the new paint had not cured yet. I was excellently taken care of. Thank you.
