Katie checked us in and kept us updated on the progress. I do think 2 1/2 hours is a mighty long time for an oil change. We bought the car in June and everything should have been tip top. Katie was so kind and patient.

Chalissa helped me research the VIN of my pick-up purchased in March 2024, per Honda dealership records in Davis, CA & Boise. She scheduled routine maintenance for lube/oil/filter & day-of, it was identified that the pick-up needed a wheel alignment. She was helpful, professional and ethical in how the entire experience was scheduled and carried-out.
