Kate was very personable and helpful.

Suspected engine hesitation was related to recall for the fuel pump module that may have an improperly molded impeller. Tech analyzed and determined I needed a transmission software update of some kind. I was provided an Uber ride back home and return trip which was very kind. Discussed maintenance items with my service manager Frank. Very modern tech used for communication including a video and frequent texting. Fully appreciated the service.
