Enjoyable. Raquel did a great job. One friendly observation. The company you hire to bring leads, Edmunds, needs to be more transparent in their advertising. It feels a bit like "bait and switch" when they tell you your car is worth $4,200 when in fact it's the dealership that sets the price. They need to say up front, "our estimate of your cars value will not be the price the dealership offers." Maybe stop paying Edmunds for their leads until they become more transparent. Integrity will win you more business in the end, I feel.

The staff at Larry Miller Honda were friendly and welcoming, more informative and not at all pushy salesmen! The show room was spotlessand organized. My salesman was Travis and very helpful with excellent communication throughout my purchase process.
