Great service. Kept me updated on car progress.

They found out what was making the noise. They fixed my wheel bearing in a timely manner. They kept me informed all threw the process.

Was only there for an oil change but had to get a few other services done with my car, which I didn’t mind. But didn’t like that the car tech tried to charge for a coolant flush when that was already done on my last visit. Kelly, the service rep was apologetic and that mattered to me. Appreciated the honest mistake.

Customer service was great. The app tracking was lacking.

Outstanding sales person in Chuck. He did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. Gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name) who handled all of the paperwork was very adept at doing his job and we were in and out relatively quickly. Overall a great experience as it was for our prior lease experience with Larry Miller Honda.
