Efficient, friendly and quality work

I wasn’t going to buy a car while visiting my in-laws in Boise, but after I took the whole family for a test drive, we were sold. Bradly, Clint and the gang made the process smooth and seamless. Not much haggling; they listened to my needs and met my price. All in all a great experience!

Mike my service specialist was very helpful and got under my car to confirm the issue I was talking about. The quote was honored and he was able to validate my coupon. But they did the job right and on time.

Went in for an oil change, and so that happened

Part came quickly considering issue. Service was excellent. Should have been offered a loaner considering how long part did take and it was a national issue with this part. Was given a loaner for vacation which was very appreciated. James in service department was excellent, did everything possible to help. He kept up communication so we knew where we were on this. He did a great job helping us. Car seems to run perfectly now.

It took longer than expected however I was okay with that. I was kept informed as to the progress of the service. Yea!

I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up endings wheel alignment and filter changes. It only took about a half hour longer. Everything was done right on time.
