I am giving you 5 stars just for Sandy’s benefit. She was exemplary. Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience- not due to any fault of hers. I scheduled an appointment online for a recall. In the recall I was told it would take 2 hours, and Sandy also said it would take 2 hours. At the 3 hour mark, I got up from my seat to go to the lookout bay to see my car being lifted up. I sat there for 3 hours before it was even looked at. Then it took the additional 2 hours for the recall and looking at other issues I was having. I understand that Fridays are busy, but please don’t allow for people to book online for something that is time consuming when the mechanics don’t have the time to accommodate those requests. As we live in Mountain Home, I booked it for that time because I had an appointment for my daughter right before that, but if I had known Fridays were so jam packed, I would have made a special trip in. I think there shouldn’t even be an option to schedule for recalls- if someone chooses that option while booking online, have them call and speak to someone to make sure there is enough time and the customer isn’t stranded with no timeframe in sight.
