James was attentive throughout the check-in and updates (I needed extra services besides my scheduled oil change). It was going to take longer so he suggested getting a ride home. Uber was timely getting me home but, after my car was ready only 20 minutes after I arrived home, James texted me with “your vehicle is done. Your keys are at my desk.” I guess he forgot that I was home & not in the waiting room. I called James but it rang over to the receptionist who made the call to Uber for my return ride. When I entered my car, I noticed it hadn’t been washed and wasn’t programmed at the dash to what I had it at pre-service. James programmed it and drove us through the carwash. Due to above, I took off a star.
