Quick excellent service

James was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Only thing that could’ve been different is the time it took to change 1 tire. It would’ve taken Les Schwab 30 minutes to change it, and I had to pick up my daughter from school and was late because it took 2 hours to change the 1 tire. Otherwise everything else was great.

Travis did a fantastic job helping us. We felt heard and listened to, and he was very efficient. We appreciated that he didn't talk down to us, and didn't try to upsell anything we weren't interested in (unlike our experience with another sales associate at the same location).
