Process was smooth but I spent a lot of time waiting. 3 hour process (3-6pm) to inspect trade & process new lease? I already knew the vehicle I wanted so there was no time spent selling or convincing me.

As always they were very polite , happy and helpful. I have always come.in to get my Hondas serviced and while waiting I walk around the lot. See one I like and trade mine in. This is the 5 one I have bought in the last 7 years. Thank you.
