The customer of the service advisor Amanda was excellent.

The agent we worked with was very kind and helpful. We had an appointment though, and I came in to a crowd of people with my toddler and no acknowledgment. Waited for about 15 min before an employee said anything. We also spilled a cup of water and there was no acknowledgment of that either. I think it would be great if the employees lifted their heads up and said “we will be right with you” even if they are busy with other customers. It goes far to have it confirmed that you are seen.
