I was in the service waiting area for 6 hrs which was expected. Angelica Suarez was 5Star - personable, knowledgeable. All items completed except unable to find source of intermittent chirping noise which was also not a surprise.

Our experience at the dealership was great. Frank was our salesman and we couldn’t have been happier with the way he helped us. He was thorough in explaining the differences in the models we were interested in and allowed us as much time as we needed to drive and look at the cars. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed to make a decision at any point throughout the experience.

Frank treated me well after a 15-minute delay waiting to check in and got me out under his promised completion time.
